By engaging the services of Digitals Professionals LTD (“the Company”), you (“the Client”) agree to be legally bound by the following Terms & Conditions. These Terms apply to all services, including design, print, digital content, and payment plan agreements.

 

1. DESIGN SERVICES

 

1.1 Booking & Deposits

A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to secure any design booking unless a formal payment plan has been agreed in writing. The deposit secures your allocated booking slot and covers allocated time, preparation, creative labour, and software licensing costs.

 

Design dates must be cancelled with a minimum of five (5) days’ written notice. Deposits remain non-refundable but may be transferred to another service at the Company’s discretion. If full payment is made upfront, payment becomes strictly non-refundable once the design process has commenced.

 

1.2 Non-Refund Policy

All design services are strictly non-refundable once work has commenced. This includes deposits and instalments paid under payment plans. Refunds will not be granted due to change of mind, financial hardship, dissatisfaction based on subjective preference, or failure to provide required materials.

 

1.3 Client Responsibilities

The Client must provide a full design brief, including brand direction, fonts, colours, layout preferences and relevant inspiration, within the agreed timeframe. Failure to provide required materials may result in rescheduling to the next available booking slot. The Company is not liable for delays caused by the Client.

 

1.4 Professional Conduct

The Company reserves the absolute right to terminate a project immediately if the Client engages in abusive, threatening, defamatory, or intolerant behaviour. In such circumstances, all monies paid remain non-refundable and the contract shall be terminated without liability to the Company.

 

2. ABANDONED PROJECTS

 

A project shall be deemed abandoned if the Client fails to respond to communications for seven (7) working days after project commencement.

 

Upon abandonment:

• All payments remain non-refundable.

• The Client forfeits rights to any draft or completed materials.

• A restart fee may apply at the Company’s discretion.

 

3. PAYMENT PLANS

 

Payment plans constitute a legally binding agreement. The first instalment acts as a non-refundable deposit to secure the booking slot. All instalments are non-refundable. Payments must be made on agreed dates. A 48-hour grace period applies. Failure to pay within this timeframe may result in immediate project suspension or termination. The outstanding balance remains payable in full regardless of project status.

 

4. PRINT SERVICES

 

All design and print services are non-refundable due to production and supplier costs. If a verified print defect occurs, the Company will offer a reprint at its discretion.

 

Turnaround times are estimates only:

• Small projects: up to 10 working days

• Large projects: up to 3 weeks

Delivery is via Royal Mail, DPD or Parcelforce signed services. The Company is not responsible for courier delays once dispatched.

 

5. PREMADE DIGITAL CONTENT

 

Premade content is non-refundable once delivered. Clients must review product descriptions carefully before purchase. All digital content is editable via Microsoft Word, Pages or Canva.

 

6. PORTFOLIO & CREDIT

 

The Company reserves the right to display completed work in its portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to completion. All websites designed by Digitals Professionals LTD will include a footer credit. Removal is prohibited unless a new website designer is formally appointed.

 

7. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

 

Payment of a deposit, instalment, or full invoice constitutes full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. These Terms apply irrespective of whether the Client has explicitly signed a separate agreement.
