Refund / Cancellation policy
Design services
All design work will be provided within the timeframe handed to the client, your deposit is based upon the size of your project. All design slot dates must be cancelled if needed within 5 days, deposits are non-refundable or can be used towards any of our services. Digitals Professionals LTD has the right to void off projects if rude or intolerant language is used.
All designs require the full brief before or during the process of designing to create the best possible design for your business, this inspiration may include; fonts, colours, design layout, this is a crucial part of the design process. If this is not provided within the set timeframe the booking will have to be moved to the next available booking date.
Completion dates vary from project to project this can be 5 days to 4 weeks, for larger packages a completion date will be handed at the time of booking.
All design work is non-refundable due to the labour and software costs, once the design process has started, all deposits are also non-refundable. If we choose to void the project due to intolerant language or rudeness, your deposit is non-refundable.
PAYMENT PLANS
Please ensure payment plans are made on time, if these cannot be made on time we allow up to 48 hours for payment to be sent before project is voided.
Print services
Print services come in matte, glossy, foiled and also spot glossed. Only design and paintwork is available to purchase. All design and print work is non refundable, however if you are not satisfied with the print quality we offer a reprint policy in place. This is due to our company using various suppliers. Design & print work for small projects can take up to 10 working days, larger prints can take up to 3 weeks. We use Royal Mail, DPD, and Parcelforce signed delivery to ensure there are no issues with the delivery process.
Premade Content
Once Premade content has been sent this cannot be refunded, please read through the content descriptions carefully to see what is included and if this is the right purchase for you, all content is available to edit with WORD, Pages, and CANVA.
